At Proud Recruitment, we believe in complete transparency. We use straightforward flat rates instead of complicated percentage fees so you always know exactly what you are investing.

Up to £30,000 salary — £2,000 flat fee

£30,000 to £50,000 salary — £3,500 flat fee

£50,000 to £75,000 salary — £5,500 flat fee

Senior executive roles over £75,000 — £8,000 flat fee
