Job Title: Private PA and Lifestyle Coordinator
Employer: This role is based within a private household on a working farm in the Brighton area. It is a warm, progressive and welcoming environment where structure, organisation and day‑to‑day coordination make a meaningful difference. You will work closely with the household to support daily routines, manage administration, coordinate tutoring and appointments, and help keep the home and farm office running smoothly.
Location: Brighton area
Pay: £26,500 - £35,500 depending on experience
Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week
Start Date: As soon as possible
Overview:
We are looking for someone who can work independently as well as collaboratively, take initiative and provide comprehensive private PA support, while helping to keep the household running smoothly. The role will include managing emails, drafting correspondence on behalf of the employer, arranging meetings and appointments, liaising with councils and other organisations, welcoming visitors and coordinating inspections.
The successful candidate will also help organise paperwork, filing and household records, keeping information stored correctly and processes clear. They will support the development of practical systems, procedures and compliance arrangements so that day to day administration is organised and consistent.
The role may also include food preparation when required and helping to bring structure into the day with wellbeing activities such as yoga or stretching, as agreed with the employer. This is an all round role combining private PA support, administration, household coordination and practical assistance.
Previous experience could come from a range of backgrounds including private PA work, executive assistant work, household coordination, office administration, family or learning support, hospitality, property management, wellbeing or yoga instruction, care settings, or roles involving practical home support. Experience supporting young people or managing daily routines can also be valuable.
